InfoConsulting Australia Showcases Customer Success and Innovation at IFS Connect ANZ 2026

Innovation at IFS Connect ANZ

Melbourne, Australia – May 2026

On 7 May 2026, the IFS community came together in Melbourne for IFS Connect ANZ 2026 – one of the region’s key events focused on the future of enterprise technology, operational improvement, and industrial innovation across Australia and New Zealand.

Bringing together more than 400 customers, partners, advisors, and industry leaders, this year’s event highlighted the growing momentum behind Industrial AI, automation, and the evolving role of IFS Cloud as a long-term business platform.

For InfoConsulting Australia, the event was particularly significant. As a Platinum Sponsor, the team maintained a strong presence throughout the conference, from the exhibition floor and breakout sessions through to networking activities and the InfoConsulting Coffee Bar, which became a central meeting point for customers, prospects, and partners across the day.

Recognition at the IFS Customer and Partner Excellence Awards

A major highlight of the event was the recognition received during the IFS Customer and Partner Excellence Awards.

InfoConsulting Australia was named ANZ Channel Partner of the Year, recognising the team’s continued focus on delivery quality, customer outcomes, and long-term partnership across the IFS ecosystem.

At the same awards, Daifuku Oceania – a customer working closely with InfoConsulting Australia – received the Project of the Year award, further reinforcing the strength of collaboration between customers and partners in delivering successful outcomes with IFS Cloud.

Panel Session: Beyond Go-Live

One of the key sessions of the day was InfoConsulting Australia’s customer panel discussion: Beyond Go-Live: How Smart Customers Maximise IFS Cloud Value.

Panel participants included:

– Kevin Richards (Moderator), Regional Sales Executive ANZ, InfoConsulting Australia
– Azmaan Seyad, Geofabrics Australasia
– Phil Sharples, Daifuku Oceania,
– Grzegorz Musiał, Global Vice President, InfoConsulting
– Marina Lima, Customer Success Manager ANZ, InfoConsulting Australia

The session focused on practical experiences following go-live, including how organisations prioritise improvements, maintain momentum, and continue extracting value from IFS Cloud over time. Topics included governance, operational adoption, business ownership, and the importance of treating IFS Cloud as a strategic platform rather than a one-time implementation project.

During the discussion, Grzegorz Musiał shared insights drawn from InfoConsulting’s global experience supporting organisations beyond implementation:

“Organisations that are most successful in building value after go-live treat IFS Cloud as a platform that supports business growth, rather than as a closed IT project. Governance, consistent prioritisation, and the ability to continuously improve are key. The biggest challenges usually arise where there is a lack of business ownership and a long-term approach to platform development after implementation.”

Marina Lima also highlighted the importance of sustaining engagement after implementation through structured governance, customer success programs, and ongoing identification of improvement opportunities.

Strong Engagement Across the IFS Community

Throughout the event, there was strong engagement from both customers and prospects across a range of industries.

Customers including Thermosash Group, Daifuku Oceania, Geofabrics Australasia, PSD Energy, Cyan Renewables, and Jellinbah Group were represented at the event.

Reflecting on the event, Jon O’Brien, InfoConsulting Australia’s Managing Director ANZ, commented on the energy and optimism across the wider IFS ecosystem:

“IFS Connect ANZ very positively reflected the strength of the IFS community and the wider ecosystem. There was a fantastic atmosphere and high level of engagement among participants, along with a clearly noticeable optimism about the future of organisations operating on the IFS Cloud platform.”

Kevin Richards also noted a clear trend emerging from conversations throughout the day:

“Customers are actively looking for ways to implement new technologies and expand their AI initiatives. While many organisations are still at the beginning of this journey, there is a strong openness to new ways of working and to the practical use of new capabilities to build business value.”

Looking Ahead

IFS Connect ANZ 2026 reinforced an important industry shift: go-live is increasingly being viewed as the beginning of the journey rather than the end.

As organisations continue to focus on optimisation, automation, governance, and long-term platform strategy, collaboration between customers and partners remains critical to delivering measurable business outcomes over time.

This direction strongly aligns with InfoConsulting Australia’s ongoing focus on expertise, quality, customer success, and helping organisations maximise long-term value from IFS Cloud.
